Get Prepped, Don’t Get Bugged!

Every A&A treatment prep sheet in one place, in English and Spanish, always the current version.

Always the Current Version

Treatments change, and the prep steps change with them, so the sheets on this page are the ones our technicians work from today. Check here before every scheduled service instead of reusing an old printout. View, print, or share any sheet straight from the page.

Single-Family Prep Sheets

Choose the sheet that matches the service on your schedule. Each one lists the steps to take before your technician arrives, and each is available in English and Spanish.

Not sure which sheet applies? Call the office at (503) 567-1188 and we will point you to the right one.

Multi-Family Prep Sheets

These sheets are written for apartment communities and other multi-family properties. Print them or send them to residents ahead of a scheduled treatment; they are the same sheets we provide to community management staff to assist with resident communication. Every sheet is available in English and Spanish.

Cockroach treatments for multi-family communities are also available with no-prep options. Your account manager will confirm which preparation, if any, applies to your scheduled service.

Why does preparation matter?

Preparation is a big part of how well a treatment works.

  • It lets the treatment reach the areas it needs to

Cleared floors, emptied cabinets, and moved furniture put the target areas within reach.

  • It removes hiding spots

Decluttering takes away the harborage and food sources that let pests ride out a treatment.

  • It keeps the visit moving

When our technicians can get to every area on the sheet, they spend the visit treating instead of moving boxes.

  • It tells you what to expect

Your technician will explain the treatment, answer questions, and confirm preparation is complete before service begins. In most cases, children and pets simply need to stay out of the treatment area during the application and until it has dried.

Prep Sheet FAQs

Do I need to prepare before a pest control treatment?

Most treatments need some preparation, and the prep sheet for your service lists exactly what to do. Some services need very little; multi-family cockroach treatments, for example, are available with no-prep options. When you schedule, our office team will tell you which sheet applies, and your technician confirms preparation is complete before service begins.

Are the prep sheets available in Spanish?

Yes. Every A&A prep sheet is published in English and Spanish, for both single-family homes and multi-family communities. Property managers can share either version with residents ahead of a scheduled treatment, and both versions carry the same steps.

Which prep sheet should I use?

Use the sheet that matches the service on your schedule, in the single-family or multi-family version that fits your property. The cockroach sheet for an apartment differs from the one for a house, so match both the pest and the property type. If you are not sure, call (503) 567-1188 and the office team will point you to the right sheet.

Why should I use the sheet on this page instead of a printed copy?

Because treatments change and old printouts do not. The sheets on this page are the versions our technicians currently work from. A saved or printed copy can ask you to do preparation that is no longer needed, or miss a step that is. Check this page before each scheduled service.

How do prep sheets work for apartment communities?

A&A provides prep sheets to community management staff to assist with resident communication ahead of scheduled treatments. Share the multi-family version of the sheet, in English or Spanish, with each affected unit. If your community is enrolled in a recurring program, your account manager coordinates which sheets go out and when.
