Privacy Policy

A&A Pest Control (PestLocal LLC dba A&A Pest Control) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through aapestcontrol.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the ways you contact us through it.

When you request service, apply for a job, or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, billing details, and a description of your pest concerns. Like most websites, we also collect some information automatically, including your IP address, browser and device type, and how you use the site.

We use your information to schedule and provide pest control services, respond to your requests, process billing, send service communications, and improve our website. If you opt in to text messages, we use your phone number to send them.

Text messaging is opt-in only: we send texts about your service and requests only if you check the consent box on one of our forms or otherwise ask us to. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing any A&A service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, such as scheduling, billing, and messaging platforms, and only so they can do that work for you.

This site uses cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, advertising remarketing, and call tracking, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our marketing. You can limit or block cookies through your browser settings.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Pages on this site link to outside services, including the Customer Portal (opens in a new tab) login and Bulldog Haven NW (opens in a new tab). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one does not cover them.

This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to update it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To make any of these requests, reach us with the contact information below and we will respond promptly.

When we update this policy, we post the new version on this page with a new Last Updated date.
